RISK FREE, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on thePreferred Designer’s Package ONLY. It must be returned within 30 days of the purchase confirmation email, along with the completed Return Authorization Form.
If any DVD’s are purchased separate from the Preferred Designer’s Package they are NON RETURNABLE no refunds will be given.
All other unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Unopened means that the merchandise MUST BE in a factory sealed box with the seal unbroken or tampered with. Shipping and handling costs plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable on ALL items including the Preferred Designer’s Package.
Merchandise purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping and handling fees deducted from the refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
KKC™ does not guarantee that DVD’s will play correctly on computers or electronic equipment that is not DVD compatible. As with all electronic equipment your DVD playing may vary due to make, model, year, and country format. Non DVD software equipment may cause your picture to flicker, jump, have black lines, and be unable to select menus or be viewed properly, even though it will play. This is not a manufactured defect, but the software you are using is CD and not DVD.
Subscriptions to the Interactive Studio, Resource Center, pdf and video purchases, and Ask Designer Bob are nonrefundable.
All Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given.
