When will I receive my first How To Fashion Design DVD and products? Most orders ship within 3 business days of received, cleared payment. Please Allow approximately 2-3 business days for order processing and an additional 4 -10 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that an order may be shipped in more than one box, and at different times, depending on the purchased products.
Is there a certain order to complete the DVD program? OurDVD Series is divided into numbered lessons. Each Series as well as the lessons in that series MUST be completed in chronological order to insure the best opportunity succeed.

Money orders are held for a 7 day wait period before automatic shipment. If you purchase ourResource Center orInteractive Studio your membership is valid for the amount of time purchased. For the Resource Center you gain immediate access by using your store login. When you subscription ends you will no longer have access. For the Interactive Studio you will receive and email with your login in information. About 1-2 weeks prior to your subscription ending you will receive another email telling you how to renew. If you choose not to renew at that time and your subscription ends you will lose your current user name and password and not be able to get it back. If you do not want to purchase a machine, ask if you can borrow one from a friend or relative.

What format does the DVD play? OurHow To Fashion Design DVD is in NTSC format. International Buyers please read your electronics manual to confirm this format will work for you.
What Software should my computer have to play the DVD? Your computer must have DVD software and not just CD software. The CD software will play the DVD but you may not be able to select menu chapters or have interrupted play.
